Native Art Supporting Hearts is a curated online auction benefiting the Sparkle Strong Foundation, a nonprofit founded at Baby Jewels’s bedside to support families living in the pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).

This special event brings together Native artists and supporters to celebrate the power of art, culture and community care. Our founder and family are members of the Delaware Nation and Kiowa Tribe, and our inspiration, Baby Jewels, was also Chickasaw. Through this auction, we honor those roots while raising funds to support caregiver resources, CICU family initiatives and Jewels Joyboxes that celebrate milestones during a child’s cardiac journey.

The auction catalog is currently being curated and artwork will be added soon. Donations are being accepted through August 28, 2026. Artists interested in contributing are invited to submit the following information:

  • Medium
  • Estimated fair market value
  • Donor name (optional)
  • In honor of (optional)

Holidays with Heart Silent Auction

The holidays are a time of joy and togetherness, but for many families, that season is spent in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), surrounded by monitors instead of family and friends. Some parents spend the holiday at the bedside while siblings wait at home, splitting time between two worlds.

At Sparkle Strong Foundation, we know this reality firsthand. Our mission is to bring comfort and moments of joy to families navigating CICU life through programs like Sparkle Strong Survival Kits providing comfort and practical items for caregivers and siblings and Jewels’s Joyboxes, named for our precious Jewels, boxes of milestone markers and celebration kits.

This November, we’re hosting our first Holidays with Heart Silent Auction to raise funds in support of these programs. Every item auctioned helps us provide care and encouragement to families who will be spending their holidays and beyond in the hospital.
